Colonel Crawford Local School Superintendent - Mr. Todd Martin

Mr. Martin serves as the district Homeless liason as well as one of the district officals responsible for responding to Public Records Requests.



1986 Graduate of Colonel Crawford High School

1990 Recieved BA in Education from Malone College in the area of Social Studies.

2006 Received Masters in Administration from the University of Ashland.

Mr. Martin is entering his 28th year in education and 13th as an administrator.  Prior to coming to Colonel Crawford in 2009, as principal, Mr. Martin served as assistant principal at Ontario High School.  From 2001-2006, Mr. Martin served as head boys' basketball coach at Bucyrus High School where he taught CBI, Social Studies, and Math. 

Mr. Martin and his wife, Heather, have 3 children.  Abby attends Colonel Crawford High School and is in the 9th grade.  Brody, recent graduate in 2018, is a member of the United States Coast Guard.  Clay, 2015 graduate, is currenlty on deployment with the United States Army and pursuing a BA in Polictical Science.

Vision Statement:

We believe that all students are capable of learning at high levels of achievement.  It is our job to motivate students to become life-long learners.  Our school district and community are committed to high expectations and high standards.  It is vital that the district promote and support a structure for family and community involvement in the education system.  It is our desire to promote and maintain an environment that is conducive to learning.  We must expose our students to the latest technology to allow them to meet the challenges and high expectations of the 21st century.  In order for this vision to become a reality, we must engage all stakeholders: students, staff, parents, and community as a whole.

Transition to on-line forms for athletics and student registrations.

7 new steel doors installed at stadium.  

Repairs to stadium block walls.  (south and west walls)

Repairs made to football and baseball fields.

Security cameras added in the following areas:  stadium, high school gym, pool, and kitchen.



All district facilities are handicapped accessible.
